January OMG Finish
I'm over here doing a little happy dance! For the month of January, I decided to join Patty over at Elm Street Quilts in her One Monthly Goal (OMG) party. This month, I wanted to finish piecing Cheryl at Meadow Mist Designs Mosaic Mystery Quilt. As of yesterday, my goal was completed.
With a mystery quilt, you can never be quite sure how it will turn out. I am absolutely in love with Cheryl's design and the way the fabrics played together in the quilt. I opted to do a slightly bigger border than the 4.5" the pattern suggested. Now all that is left to do is decide on quilting and get this baby finished before the parade of quilts.

Lovely fabrics, with a mystery, never sure which. fabrics go best in which place, yours is truly wonderful.
It looks great. You can link up a quilt top -- it doesn't need to be finished.
Hi Tish! This came together so nicely and quickly, too. I l.o.v.e that border you selected - it looks great with the piecing. I'd say you did a good job picking your mystery fabrics. Nice job! ~smile~ Roseanne
It’s lovely, Tish! I didn’t accomplish my OMG.
Love your version! This is the third mystery I have done from Cheryl and I have been very happy with the outcome!

This turned out very nicely. I can't make a decision about what to do for my borders as I don't have enough focus fabric. Decision day tomorrow!
A really pretty finish, Tish! Love it!
Great finish and in time for a parade - you are on a roll girl!
Very nice! Love the fresh, clean colors.
Looks great! Thanks for linking up with Elm Street Quilts One Monthly Goal and congrats on your finish.
