To-Do #13

I find myself still trying to get back into the groove of things.  Not much is happening during the week quilting wise.  I find Saturday afternoons and Sundays are were the quilting happens.

Last Week's List:

1) Bind Flying Geese Quilt--done

Best thing about baby quilts...they are usually pretty quick to bind.

2) Photo shoot for Flying Geese and Mosaic Mystery Quilt--done

The sun was out in full force on my day off and I was able to take both quilts outside for some glamour shots.  I've posted about Mosaic and Flying Geese will have it's day this week when I host the TGIFF party.

3) Sew Blocks 9 and 7 of MMBB quilt--didn't even get to touch them.  I guess I'm just not in the piecing mood.

4) Pick next project to quilt--done

I have three of the charity quilts basted and ready to go.

So it will be the dinosaur quilt, two bento box quilts and finishing off this pinwheel quilt that just needs the borders finished.

5) Fix a purse handle--nope

With nothing but rain on the horizon for the foreseeable future and a long weekend next weekend, I hope to spend lots of time quilting.

This week's list:

1) Quilt all four quilting projects picked out last week.
2) Fix the purse.
3) Piece those two blocks for MMBB quilt

  2. Hi Tish! A long weekend on the horizon and yet it really doesn't feel like a holiday to be celebrated, does it? Wow, your pinwheel quilt looks quite popular with a certain kitty. You had it all quilted except for the borders? Hopefully, this week ahead will be just the ticket for some creative quilting time. {{Hugs}} Thanks for linking up this week. See you on Friday with my finished OMG project! ~smile~ Roseanne
